Art Deco style Dresser

Condition: Good, water ring on top (see photo)

Art Deco was very popular in the 1920-30's and influenced everything from architecture to furniture. Think everything from the Empire State Building to the David Building in KL.  Furniture designs included geometric patterns with tropical wood veneers, inlay work and the "waterfall" top. The handles on this piece have "bakelite" inserts (an early form of plastic).
