When shopping, you automatically agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:

1. While all items have been checked to the best our our abilities, all sales are final and there are no returns.

2. Payment must be made directly at checkout through the listed payment providers. We cannot accept cash or e-transfers through the online store.

3. Prices are firm and we cannot accept offers. All prices on secondhand items are subject to change at our discretion and will be marked with a red sale button.

4. Items must be picked up within 5 business days unless otherwise arranged with us. Otherwise, we will put the item back on sale after the fifth business day. Sorry, no refunds.

5. When picking up items, come to East 135 (135 Saskatchewan Avenue East.) If the store is closed, head to the Thrift Shop (149 Saskatchewan Avenue East) and ask a cashier for assistance.
