About the Album

The Visitors (1981) is ABBA's eighth and final studio album — and arguably their most artistically daring. Recorded during a period of personal upheaval (both couples within the group had divorced), the album carries a distinctly introspective, even melancholic tone that sets it apart from their earlier, sunnier work. Produced by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus at Polar Music Studio in Stockholm, it was one of the first pop albums to be commercially released on CD. The production is sleek and sophisticated, blending synthesizer-driven arrangements with the group's signature vocal interplay.

Condition

Record: Carefully cleaned with a Spin-Clean record washer and stored in a new inner plastic sleeve. The record has minor surface scuffs but played flawlessly on a quality turntable with no skips. Minor pops and crackles were noted during playback — consistent with the visible wear. In very good condition overall.
