Plays wonderfully.  Has scuffs and scars one would expect from a mid 90's portable system.  Battery bay is in fair condition. Headphone and direct digital OUT jacks. The latter makes it suitable for hooking up to an Audio/Video Receiver.

Comes with Panasonic car adaptor model #SH-CDC9 and carrying case- not pictured.
