Discover the inventive pop sound of Split Enz with True Colours, their breakthrough 1980 album. Emerging from New Zealand's art-rock scene, the band combined theatrical flair with distinctive songwriting from Tim and Neil Finn. Here, their adventurous style meets sharp melodies, bright keyboards, and new-wave energy.

Highlights include Neil Finn's “I Got You”, with its instantly recognizable hook and uneasy romantic tension, and Tim Finn's “I Hope I Never”, a soaring, emotionally charged ballad. The instrumental “Double Happy” offers another glimpse of the group's playful musical character. A rewarding listen for fans of melodic new wave and the Finn brothers' early work.

Condition & care

The laser-etched record has been carefully cleaned with a Spin-Clean and placed into a new plastic sleeve. The vinyl has minor scuffs and was play-tested on a quality turntable. It played through without skips, with minor pops and crackles noticed during playback.

The jacket is in good overall condition, with wear along the sides and bottom edge. This is a used copy with visible handling wear, not a mint-condition record. Has it's original sleeve.
